How can I be sure the transaction it 100% safe?
Look for the padlock in your browser address bar or at the bottom of the page on the status bar. The padlock confirms that the connection is encrypted using SSL technology. Put simple, SSL is the most advanced form of encryption and ensures that the information you are entering cannot be intercepted on-route to the payment system. If you click on the padlock icon you will see that the identity of our website is confirmed.

Additional Security
As an added layer of security we NEVER store your card details in any format. Your information is processed by the heavily secured payment gateway Protx (a Sage owned Company). Protx negotiates the transaction with your bank and transmits to our system the status of the transaction, e.g. successful or declined.

To date we have had no known cases of card fraud on our systems.
